At Hamish Robbie Lettings we offer a personal and professional service to both Landlords and tenants. For tenants looking for accommodation whether short term or long term, we endeavour to find the property to meet your requirements.
The majority of our properties are offered for let on a furnished basis, however we also have some properties available on a part furnished basis with white goods and floor coverings or completely unfurnished. Please note the designations in our property descriptions.
We have properties available for Families, Professional Persons and also some Student Accommodation.
The minimum term for let is a six month Short Assured Tenancy Agreement. Tenants are responsible for the payment of Council Tax and utility bills over and above the rent during the period of tenancy.
No pets or animals are allowed in the subjects on let and we regret we can not accept Housing Benefit applicants for most properties under our management.
To apply for the let of one of our properties, the prospective tenant is required to complete an application form and nominate references and/or guarantors and if your application is successful a Tenancy Agreement must be signed, the deposit paid, first months rent and administration expense paid in full before entry can be given.
For the discerning Landlord who wishes their property managed in safe hands we offer a personal, professional service where the property manager can be contacted readily for advice and updates on your property. Monthly Property Management, Accounting, Tenancy Agreements and Inventories prepared, Property Inspections, Tenancy Referencing, Repairs & Maintenance carried out.
